1.1. The Leadership Works website (our “Website”) is run by Leadership Works Sweden AB (referred to as “we” or “us”). By using our Website, you accept the terms and conditions in whatever form they take at the time of use. The terms and conditions apply to all your use of our Website.

1.2. We may change, add to or delete all or parts of our Website at any time. We may also change these User Terms at any point in time for any reason. You are responsible for checking if any changes have been made to these User Terms. If you continue to use our Website after the publishing of amended terms, you thereby accept the changes. If you have an account at the Website we will notify you of any changes, and you will accept them by continuing to use the Website.

2. USAGE OF THE WEBSITE

2.1. You may only create an account if you are at least 16 years old and do not work for or run a business or organisation with interests that are conflicting with those of our Website.

2.2. Each account holder will be anonymous to other users, and your profile is not visible to other users.

2.3. You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe to protect it from unauthorised usage and to inform us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account/password or other breach of security or suspicious activity. You may delete your account at any time by logging into your account and deleting it manually in the settings section. If you need assistance deleting your account, please contact us (see section 11).

2.4. We reserve the right to permanently delete your user account without your consent if you have not used the account for two (2) years. Before deleting your account we will send you a notification to the email address with which your account is registered. If you log in within four (4) weeks of the notification, your account will not be deleted.

2.5. We also reserve the right to permanently delete your account without prior notice or consent if you, in our opinion, upload any illegal or harmful material, or otherwise use the Website in breach of these user terms or law. We will notify you via email to the email address with which your account is registered to inform you that your account has been deleted.

3. WE DO NOT PROVIDE COUNSELLING

3.1. Please be aware that we do not provide counselling and are in no way responsible for your mental health or any actions you may choose to take or not take based on your use of the Website. You acknowledge and accept that we cannot be held liable for any adverse effect on your mental health or otherwise that your usage or experience of our Website may have.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1. All code, design and content published by us on our Website is owned or licenced by us and is protected by copyright, trademark legislation, patents or other intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise stated by us, the material published on our Website belongs to us or a third party.

4.2. If you write or upload text, material or other content to our Website, you are responsible for ensuring that you have necessary rights to do so. For instance, if you upload content it is your responsibility to ensure that you are not infringing someone else’s intellectual property rights by doing so.

5. SHARING ON SOCIAL MEDIA

5.1. You may share content from our Website on social media, email or by other means of communication. You must always specify the origin of the material you publish or otherwise share and you may not publish or otherwise make available content from our Website out of context, or otherwise in a way that may damage us or our Website.

6.1. You are responsible for your behaviour on and usage of our Website and all content you upload to our Website. We are not responsible for content you upload to our Website, although we may take action on all online behaviour that we believe is in breach of these User Terms or law.

6.2. You may not upload content or behave in a manner that is in breach of law or these User Terms, on our Website.

6.3. You may not (a) upload or in any way transfer or use viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code, or interfere with the operating of our Website, (b) access our Website using a robot or any other automatic means to create or access an account or otherwise imitate human behaviour, or (c) use our Website or the information therein to send spam or for other illegal or unethical activities.

6.4. We may remove, fully or in part, user-generated content that we believe, wholly or partly, violates these User Terms or applicable law or in other ways could damage us, our Website, other users or third parties. In the case of such misuse or violation, we may also take further measures to prevent and stop continued misuse.

6.5. You are encouraged to inform us if you suspect any unauthorised usage of our Website or other breach of security or suspicious activity related to our Website.

6.6. You may not use our Website in a way that infringes a third party’s copyright, patent or other intellectual property right.

6.7. You may not use our Website for marketing or any other commercial purposes without our prior written approval.

7. HYPERLINKS

7.1. We may provide links to third party websites on our Website. If you use these, you will leave our Website. We are not liable for any content or the user terms of any third party website. Please carefully read the terms and privacy statement of all third party websites you visit before using the third party website or submitting information about yourself, as the terms may be different from those on our Website.

8.1. To create a Leadership Works account is free, and you may use the account without paying any additional fees.

8.2. After the trial period, continued usage of your account is subject to you paying a subscription fee. The subscription fee is paid in advance and is non-refundable. Should you wish to take a break from using Leadership Works, postpone the payment of your next subscription fee. You can resume your Leadership Works account whenever you wish by paying the subscription fee, whereby your account will be made available to you again. You may take as many breaks as you wish (however, see section 2.4).

8.3. We reserve the right to change the pricing unilaterally.

8.4. Please note that you will not receive any remuneration for ideas, feedback or other information you provide us with via our Website or other channels regardless of whether such input may be used by us to improve or develop the Website or other services or projects.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. We may change, suspend or discontinue the provision of parts or all of the services provided on our Website, or the website itself, at any time and for any reason.

9.2. We do not give any guarantees as to the availability or functioning of our Website. Although we always aim to publish information that is accurate, up to date and as complete as possible, we do not give any guarantees to that effect, due to the risk of e.g. technical and human error. Please be aware that we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused by your or any other person’s use of our Website or any content uploaded to it.

9.3. We do our best to keep all our visitors and users safe when using our services. All data sent between your browser and the URLs you visit when using our Website are encrypted (https). Although we take measures to protect your personal data and your integrity when visiting our Website, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of information that you submit when you are online, and we cannot guarantee that the Website material or Website servers do not contain malware or are not in other ways harmful.

9.4. The Website is built for modern browsers, and we cannot guarantee that you can access or use all functionalities of the Website if you use an older version of a browser.

10. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

10.1. These User Terms and your use of our Website are governed by the substantive law of Sweden, without reference to the choice of law and conflict of law provisions thereof.

10.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your usage of our Website shall in the first instance be resolved by the Swedish district court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt), Sweden.
