1.1. Leadership Works Sweden AB (“we” or “us”) is the controller of the processing of personal data in connection with the provision of our services on the Leadership Works website (the “Website”).

1.2. Your integrity is of utmost importance to us and we only process personal data in accordance with your preferences, this Privacy Policy and law.

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE MAY USE IT

2.1. When you create a Leadership Works account we will ask you to provide your e-mail address, a user name and a password for your account. Your chosen user name does not need to be your real name. E-mail address, user name and password are required in order for you to create an account and for us to provide the services to you, but will not be visible to other users. Your e-mail will be used to verify the e-mail address when you set up your account and can also be used to reset your password. We may also send an e-mail to you if you haven’t used your account for a pro-longed period of time.

2.2. Once your account is created, you may choose to upload notes and other data in your Leadership Works account. The data you upload in your account will only be accessible to you and no other account holders. These personal data will be processed by us in order for you to follow your own personal development, and will be saved until your account is deleted. Each day you may receive an automatically generated feedback response, which may contain for instance tips or motivational content. The feedback is based on what you have written in your account and other data you have uploaded to your account that day. 3. WHO CAN ACCESS THE PERSONAL DATA?

3.1. Your user profile and all data you upload thereto, including your user name, e-mail address, diary notes and other data, will be visible to you only and not to other users.

3.2. We may process all data you upload to the Website, to the extent that it is necessary in order for us to provide you with your user profile and fulfil our legal obligations. No physical person at Leadership Works will read your notes or other data you upload unless required to do so by law, in order to investigate breach of the user terms or law, or similar circumstances.

3.3. Our external web developer may process your personal data to the extent that it is necessary in order to develop the Website and provide you with our services. They may process personal data outside the EU/EEA, and are certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield framework and the Swiss–US Privacy Shield framework. For information, please contact us.

4. WHEN ARE PERSONAL DATA DELETED?

4.1. The data you upload to your account is saved for as long as the account exists.

4.2. You may delete your account at any point in time for any reason. To delete your account, go to the settings section of the Website. If you need assistance, please contact us (see section 8). Please note that we may delete your account after a pro-longed period of inactivity or in case of inappropriate usage of our Website; please refer to the User Terms for more information.

5.1. We may anonymise your personal data to use it for statistics, in order to learn how we can improve the Website and the services. The anonymisation means that it will not be possible to link data to you or your account. We may for instance measure how often and for how long our account holders visit the Website. 6. YOUR RIGHTS

6.1. You have the legal right to request rectification of, access to or erasure of your personal data, from us. You also have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, to withdraw your consent or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You should be aware that, depending on your request, you may not thereafter be able to use our Website as intended. Please contact us and we will assist you (see section 8).
